The strategic objectives of Stadium Housing Association are to:
be a first class housing manager delivering quality, customer focused, value for money services to residents & customers
ensure our homes remain safe, attractive places to live and to protect and enhance the value of our assets
provide services that support vulnerable and disadvantaged residents in their homes
provide affordable homes both for rent and for sale that meet existing and new housing needs
assist in promoting social inclusion in recognition of the diverse communities in which we work.
In working to fulfil our objectives, we will:
concentrate our activities on the regeneration of disadvantaged neighbourhoods and communities
recognise the diversity of our local communities in all our activities
work with partners across the public, not for profit and private sectors, where this helps us to maximise our contribution to housing and related social objectives
run our affairs with commercial awareness, including focus on core objectives, management of financial and other risks and responding to competitive pressure to improve efficiency and value for money
be a responsible and good employer, supporting and challenging all our staff to maximise their performance
conduct ourselves in accordance with the highest standards of governance.
Operating Environment
Stadium's portfolio now extends across north London to the east and is managed from two bases, the Head Office in Brent and the eastern regional office in Tower Hamlets. Our partner boroughs fall within three sub–regions – west, north and east London. We also have a role within the Network group to work on bids to support estate regeneration bids that involve stock transfer.
