A subsidiary of Family Housing Group, Landmark markets and manages shared ownership properties across London in some 20 + boroughs. In addition Landmark owns and manages a portfolio of affordable rented properties that we let to key workers to enable them to live closer to their work, in parts of London that might otherwise be too expensive.
Within the sector, Landmark offers an outsourced marketing and sales service to those associations developing shared ownership who as yet do not have a large enough portfolio to support an internal marketing team. We are also responsible for the range of home ownership options offered by the wider Family Group - Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Social Homebuy, as well as having had successful Open Market Homebuy programmes in Hackney and Waltham Forest.

Landmark Housing Association was established in 1990 and currently owns and manages over 950 shared ownership homes. With its beginning as London Teachers Housing Association, providing affordable housing options for key workers has always been at the heart of our business. Our customers are key workers, such as teachers and nurses, local authority and housing association tenants and first time buyers who want to move away from rented accommodation into home ownership, but who cannot otherwise afford to buy outright.
